Product Management team 3- SideHustle Portfolio Boot Camp.

It's amazing how much importance our economy has put on learning a skill for every young person, not excluding the working class.

In a bid to get my hands on something, I found out about the side hustle internship then I applied for a Product Management internship which lasted for 4weeks.

Yes, 4 weeks of intense learning. After which I found interest in the Bootcamp as a product manager.

Where I got to work with three other Product Managers, and here's just to give a brief about my first project. The question goes thus,

"Using a product as a case study, go through the design thinking process, and improve the product with a new user flow and wireframe. Show your research with google forms, ideate with MIRO, prototype with Whimsical, and test with real users."

We had the first meeting and we got to decide on a product to use. We concluded that we can go with "TIKTOK".

We then went through the design thinking processes. We emphasized first by looking into the product to research user needs with a new user flow and wireframes. Then on to the second stage in the design thinking process which is to define by stating the needs and problems backing this up with our responses from the google form that was sent out to be people.

We stated that Tiktok consumes a lot of data and it doesn't have a marketplace, we were able to show research with MIRO.

Now we have our new user flow and wireframes ready. We then prototyped with Whimsical. Prototype means implementing ideas into tangible forms from paper to digital. We could either use whimsical or Figma to prototype, so we did this with Whimsical.

Now, it"s time to test. We tested and confirmed that we were able to create solutions for numerous Tiktok users.

We have come to the end of my first task with Side Hustle Bootcamp. Remember to stay glued here because I am willing to take you through my transitioning story.

Thank you.
